The hotel is a gem! The rooms are incredibly clean and full of delightful details to enhance your stay, such as complimentary water, coffee, and tea. They offer fantastic views across the city, and the spacious, stylish design with ambient lighting creates a cozy atmosphere. The huge bathroom with a clever glass wall separating the shower and bath adds a touch of luxury.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely worth it. The rooms were extremely spacious, clean, and comfortable, including two bedrooms, two bathrooms, one bathtub, three sinks, two showers, and two designer toilets. The Club Lancaster membership added to the luxury experience.

The service is top-notch with warm and professional staff. The location is in a quiet area, easily accessible to the airport, making travel convenient. The hotel provided a wonderful stay for us. The rooms felt more like a small apartment, spotlessly clean with high-quality beds, a modern big bathroom, and modern furniture. Despite arriving way earlier than the check-in time, it was perfect for us.

The huge bathroom with a shower + bath, cool glass wall separating the bathroom + bed that fogged + de-fogged instantly for privacy, 2 toilets, a bath tub, shower, and 2 sinks were impressive. The cleanliness and tidiness were noticeable, although it seemed like the room had not been occupied for quite some time. The service was excellent, especially considering my fussy eater boy who ate a lot, and the staff was competent, friendly, and even provided a free welcome drink coupon. The location, while not very central, was convenient with just a 5-minute walk to the metro station. The dining experience was outstanding in the hotel's restaurant, offering ample continental and Asian cuisine. Overall, a great value for the money!
